We lovely spend 5 nights in Shepton Mallet. The hotel was situated in the central location in the middle of the city.

good for an overnight stay, with a quiet atmosphere. central heating, iron and ironing board, and a tv set in the room, absolutely perfect location. location very close to the pub downstairs and outside, glastonbury, cheddar gorge, wookyhole and shepton mallet. also, in the middle of the city. lovely experience there.

The staff was superbly friendly and affable and the owner too. This accommodation was in the central location in the middle of the city. It was also right by Glastonbury, cheddar gorge, wookyhole, and the pub.

The owners and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The rooms were beautifully decorated and featured super-sized TVs and WiFi. The accommodation was conveniently located within walking distance of Shepton Mallet Prison, as well as being close to attractions like Glastonbury, Cheddar Gorge, and Wookey Hole. We highly recommend this lovely hotel, which also had a fantastic wee bar where we met friendly locals.

Incredible location with tons of nearby attractions. Spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated rooms. Super friendly and helpful staff. Adequate parking.

The stuff are very amiable people. The hotel is in the central location in the middle of the city. Furthermore, its next to Glastonbury, cheddar gorge, wookyhole, and the pub downstairs and outside.

The room was very clean and nicely decorated, and the bathroom was a good size. The supply of refreshments, including tea, coffee, bottled water, and even porridge pots for breakfast, was a great touch.

One downside was the placement of the fire light in the room, which illuminated the area all night and made it difficult to sleep.

The bathroom was very small.

We also appreciated the convenient location, as we were able to walk to Shepton Mallet prison for a tour and explore nearby attractions like Glastonbury, Cheddar Gorge, and Wookey Hole. the accommodation even had a fantastic bar where we enjoyed meeting the locals.

We had a fantastic stay at The Swan in Shepton Mallet! The owners and staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, going above and beyond to make us feel at home. The rooms were spotlessly clean with lovely decor, and the bathroom was a good size. We loved the attention to detail, from the supply of refreshments to the super-sized TVs and free wifi. The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions such as Glastonbury and Cheddar Gorge. We also enjoyed chatting with the locals at the cozy bar on site. Highly recommended!
